Marshall Frank: Marshall has over 35 years of executive management and consulting experience in financial services, marketing, manufacturing, energy, and technology. His consulting career has focused on early stage high tech companies seeking strategic change.

In addition to business experience in electronics and manufacturing, he was an executive with Crocker National Bank, Northern Trust Company and Pajaro Valley Bank, including roles as CFO, COO and EVP. He serves on the advisory boards of Blue Iguana Networks, Inc., Virtual Health Networks, AdvisorTeam.com, and previously served on the Advisory Boards of Privada, Inc., QSpace, Inc. (now iPlace) and Decise Corp. He presently serves as an Executive Advisor with the San Jose Software Business Cluster, the Communications Technology Cluster in Oakland, and the Women’s Technology Center of San Francisco.

Mr. Frank is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and the BAI program of the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Management Consultant (Institute of Management Consulting) and is a former faculty member at the graduate schools of business of Golden Gate University, San Francisco and the University of Wisconsin, Madison, WI. Marshall and his spouse live in Carmel, CA.
