David Worrell: An accomplished entrepreneur and international management consultant, David has applied his broad vision, clear analysis, and concise communication skills to start-ups in telecommunications, healthcare and financial services. Prior to co-founding Monterey Venture Partners, David spent 3 years in Japan as a management consultant and 5 years as the co-founder and president of InfoQuest! International, Inc., a telecom services company that he sold in 1999 to a Silicon Valley competitor. Since then, as a mentor and consultant, David has been instrumental in creating "fundable business cases" for numerous startups, including: BIDnASK.com, PrivateTrade.com, AmpleSpace, Navitas, CyberLease, and The Sand Dollar Group among others. David is a graduate of The Ohio State University, the Sandler Sales Institute, and the E. M. Kauffman Foundation's FastTrack Entrepreneur Training program. He was twice recognized by DeLoitte & Touche as a "Fast 50" award recipient. David has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Fisher Graduate School of International Business, and an Executive Associate at the Software Business Cluster in San Jose. David and his wife live in Pacific Grove, CA. |
